Rick has been practicing massage for 14yrs. here in NYC. A native New Yorker, Rick understands how this city affects the body and how to relieve stress from pounding the pavement or sitting at your desk. He specializes in targeted work to aid recovery from injuries or prevent injuries from returning. Athletes, city workers, and performers tend to make up Rick’s clientele. Rick uses myofascial release to effect deep change in the musculature. He uses long, deep, slow stretches along meridian pathways to release tension through the muscle belly, to the tendons, TO THE JOINT! This skin to bone approach really busts those knots away- even the ones you’ve come to accept chronically.
