Overview

Hello and welcome, my name is Sha.

For several years I’ve dedicated myself to understanding and developing the body through fitness, movement, and recovery. That experience allows me to bring a refined, intuitive approach to bodywork, one that’s both intentional and deeply personalized.

I have a genuine appreciation for the male form in all its variations. Whether you’re lean, built, or somewhere in between, you’re welcomed into a comfortable and safe space where your body and its needs come first.

...My sessions are designed to help you unwind, recover, and reconnect. Blending deep tissue, sports, and Swedish techniques with a more elevated, attentive touch. Based out of NYC, I take pride in serving the LGBTQ+ community and creating a deeply restorative experience for all.

I work by appointment only, and advance notice is always appreciated, I look forward to working with you.
