At Bliss by Garrett, my approach to bodywork blends clinical skill with mindful, intuitive care. I am a certified clinical massage therapist with additional training in yoga, breathwork, and nervous-system–focused techniques. With more than 30 years of experience in hospitality leadership, I bring a calm, client-centered presence that helps every person feel welcomed, supported, and heard.
