Hi I'm Jay, a masseur based in South Los Angeles.

I've been trained in various styles of massage but mostly use combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques with pressure adjusted to fit your preference. I also incorporate various stretches to truly alleviate tension in tight muscles.My massages are both healing and relaxing.

I work by appointment with priority given to bookings requested 24 hours in advance but if I am available I will try to accommodate... a shorter notice session.

Jayden is the best massage I've had in LA

First of all his studio is clean and has a great ambience with scented candles. When I'm on his table, I can sense that Jayden knows when a certain area is particularly sore and he always adjusts his technique accordingly. Also, the stretching he does always leave my muscles feeling SO much looser than before.

Not to mention he's courteous and responsive.

I book with him at least twice a month and definitely recommend!
