Overview

I’m a licensed massage therapist who blends Eastern and Western modalities to support holistic healing that meets you where you’re at. I’m based in Portland in both the Alberta Arts District and SE Division Street (ADA compliant), offering personalized care to support your health and wellness goals.

I love working with folks who are active and outdoorsy, and/or navigating chronic pain, stress, or trauma stored in the body. Each session draws from Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, structural myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, Tui Na, and assisted stretching. I also offer cupping and occasionally co-facilitate four-handed massage with my partner.

Massage helps people reconnect with their bodies and restore balance—physically, emotionally, and energetically. My trauma-informed, client-centered approach is rooted in the belief that every body and healing process is unique. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and in control of your health.
