Overview
My bodywork starts from a place of deep care and listening to your entire system.
Structural Integration is the primary modality that I study and practice, however, I pull many techniques from Swedish, Tui-Na, and Thai medicine. The intention of my work is to help develop a sense of embodied awareness and address root causes of pain and discomfort in the body.
I do also offer, thai mat massages, and relaxation massages.
