I am a Gay man in my 70’s, a long term survivor, with decades of research and clinical practice as a health care provider myself. Consequently, my standards for other health care providers are both understanding of their own humanity, yet rather high for the quality of their clinical work. Lance is a truly wonderful, skilled massage therapist. He brings a rare combination of professionalism, kindness, and deep presence to every session. He can be impressively strong when your body needs strength, yet even when using his own power, there is a caring gentle touch given, always attentive and responsive to what feels right in the moment. Communication is excellent. What makes his practice especially meaningful is the healing context he creates: grounded, thoughtful, and quietly spiritual, a gentle invitation, without ever feeling imposed. Each session feels connected to something larger — a sense of restoration that reaches beyond the present moment, back through time to the great darkness where the story began, and forward again toward light. I always leave feeling more whole, more peaceful, and deeply grateful. I highly recommend Lance to anyone seeking truly healing bodywork.

Review of massage on March 15th:
Lance was amazing, great pressure and whenever he moved to a different place he checked if the pressure needed to be more or less. When something hurt, he noticed immediately and worked with it to help loosen up. He was very polite and definitely knew what he was doing, 10/10 would recommend and I look forward to our next session, thank you again Lance!
