Hey, welcome here!
My name is Lance. I offer holistic, therapeutic, spiritually-grounded, problem solving massage that feels awesome to receive. My bodywork is based primarily in acouple lineages of Lomi Lomi (massage styles originating in Hawaii.) It's intended to be deeply relaxing while working with joints and bones, and it facilitates a sense of radical wholeness and connection. Sessions can fulfill the aims of rejuvenative massage, deep tissue (in a way that feels good), sports massage, and energy work. My...More goal is to help you feel deeply at home within your body and self, and to experience a sense of sanctuary.

In addition to bodywork I offer spiritwork sessions aimed entirely at more subtle aspects of your being, private Kripalu Yoga Instruction, and instruction in breath work and meditation.

I love working with athletes, weightlifters, dancers, meditators, spiritual practitioners, contemplatives, people going through life transitions, queer people, and anyone who wants to feel more at home within themselves.
