Hi, I'm Lane Valentine LMT, CHC. I am a licensed massage therapist, a Reiki Master, and a certified health coach...More, having worked in this industry since 2015. I specialize in pain/tension management, headaches, joint dysfunction, work-life balance, physical and emotional trauma, and quality of life improvements. I also teach kinesiology and the student internship at a massage school in Bellevue.

I am a firm believer that most of us accept less for ourselves than what we deserve, especially regarding our health and well-being. When we utilize therapies that help us address underlying concerns, sometimes that we weren’t even aware of, we become healthier and better versions of ourselves. My goal is to help all my clients get to the life they want to live, whatever that may look like for them.
