Keith was amazing with his upper back and lower back bodywork with deep tissue shih Tzu . My lower back stiffness was incredible. I’m a military guy and I’m in a lot of training right now. My lower back became really tight. The groin work was amazing. Never had that done before. Keith worked it all out. I would recommend it to any other military guys in the area … it was a great massage.

Keith was amazing in his deep tissue massage with my sore back muscles and leg muscles. I’m on a biking team and we do a lot of mileage every week. Keith was instrumental and loosening my quads up for the STP. I had a refer him to a friend of mine, that’s also a cyclist and bodybuilder. He also said it was great bodywork.

Keith did a superb deep massage my glutes and my legs. I’m is cyclist and bodybuilder. He took care of my hamstrings and tendons with medium to strong bodywork. It released a lot of pressure in my lower back.
I’m going to see him every four weeks for his amazing bodywork and strong hands.

The Massage was truly amazing. Keith has some really strong powerful large hands. That really relaxing my shoulders to my mid back. I am on my feet 12 hours shifts as a healthcare professional. I also lift weights regularly. The soothing music, warm
sheets and bodywork made it super comfortable. It was like going to a resort with trees and quiet surroundings. I would definitely recommend Keith to coworkers.

The massage was amazing. I had a prior torn shoulder muscle and some hip and groin tightness. The 90 minute massage really restored my all my motion, the 20 minutes focused on my groin and hips really was be beneficial and I was able to continue running and lifting at the gym. Keith did an amazing job with the right amount of pressure.

It was the most amazing massage. Keith the Massage Guy put so much effort into the glutes and hamstrings in the lower back that it really loosened up my Traps. I had no Idea how tense they were..

The massage was pretty amazing he did very good job with my lower back issues that were radiating all the way up to my shoulders and neck. Being a triathlete I find it’s good to get a massage at least once a month. Keith has amazing deep tissue technique.

Keith was amazing with his glutes and hamstrings and hip flexors massage! He detected I had a small groin pull and took care of that as well and now I feel 50 times better

The massage was great. It covered the lower back issues and tight hamstrings. He definitely worked on all the glute muscles and made hamstrings thoroughly loose. By far one of the best male massages I ever had. The shoulder and neck work was amazing. I would definitely recommend his work to a friend..

Being an avid personal trainer and coach in a Boot Camp my hips were getting super tired and I was pulling hamstrings in my legs. Keith was extraordinary in his massage.
