Overview
After 16 years of traveling as a corporate director I sought a daily mission that would allow me to age gracefully with clarity of purpose and meaning. Beginning my own transformation, while relying on my 30 years of Tai Chi and meditation practice I've accumulated 13 years of body work experience.
I utilize a combination of western clinical training and eastern modalities to create a symbiotic exchange. This nurtures body and mind, the two places where pain and discomfort are managed. Encouraging each client to surrender and let go through listening, presence and intention that resonates with being cared for.
Expect a mix of applicable or focused modalities including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, myofacial release, pre/post natal, Reiki, Shiatsu and reflexology. Having worked in the LGBTQ+ community for many years you will experience a safe space to relax and heal.
