Overview

Having spent much of my professional life doing manual labor, I understand chronic pain and my immediate goal is to help you alleviate it through therapeutic massage. Why continue to suffer when relief is just a text away?

Though much of my training is in Swedish massage, along the way I have worked with professional dancers and competitive athletes. Participating in a number of recreational sports myself, I particularly enjoy working in the area sports massage and injury recovery. I utilize modulating pressure and adapt the massage as we go to deliver effective treatment in a limited time.

I welcome clients from all walks of life and all body types, especially the LGBTQ+ community. I particularly invite athletes, both professional and amateur as well as weekend warriors to come in for a tune-up to keep in top physical condition for your next challenge.

I believe that maintaining physical well-being supports greater balance between mental and physical health. With regular massage therapy sessions, I want to help you continue living to your full potential.
