Almost hesitant to review lest he become too busy to see me again š absolutely perfect massage, best I've had from RM. The pressure is exactly right, the movements are targeted and absolutely designed to release muscle tension. He understood my body better than I did. Gorgeous and relaxed space. Nicholas is an absolute pro. I felt both relaxed and rejuvenated after the bodywork session. Get this... I could barely reach my toes prior in a forward fold, but after one session, I could get my hands flat on the floor. I don't know what magic he's got, but I'm a fan.
He also gave me some great workout hacks before lifting to help with imbalances that I didn't know I had. Finally excited for leg days again!!!
