Based in New York City and proud to be a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I offer professional, inclusive massage therapy in a space designed to feel safe, affirming, and genuinely welcoming. Everyone deserves care, dignity, and respect—no matter your age, race, religion, gender identity, or the many beautiful ways you show up in the world.
With a background as a professional dancer and movement educator, I bring a deep, intuitive understanding of the body into every session. Years...More of training, performing, and teaching have taught me how bodies move, where they hold tension, and how they find release. This embodied knowledge allows me to work with both precision and empathy, addressing surface discomfort as well as the deeper imbalances that shape how you feel day to day.
I specialize in Swedish massage for full-body relaxation, deep tissue work for chronic tension, range-of-motion stretching to increase mobility, soothing aromatherapy, and reflexology to support overall wellness. Each session is tailored to your unique needs—whether you’re recovering from physical strain, coping with stress, or simply craving a moment of calm.
