I am skilled blending sports and therapeutic massage with a signature touch. Over the past ten years, I packed on the muscle, gaining over 50lbs, which help me deliver strong, soothing strokes. Through mentorship and dedicated practice, I have learned to incorporate restorative sports and therapeutic techniques

I begins with compression, kneading, rocking and stretching techniques to warm up your body and promote circulation. This helps me identify any areas that may...More need particular attention. Intuitively, I use my hands to release all of the stressors from your body. As the session progresses I use a combination of soft but deep and relaxing techniques. My touch will find all of your tension points that need release.
