Overview
I offer bodywork and massage. I am well versed in locating individual concerns from many years of touching and healing pain. I used to be a dancer and know the body and what it needs from the inside out. I teach a breath, presence & improv workshop in Nyc and Hudson, and do one on one coaching in that field as well. I am excited to share the many years of healing work I bring to the table and help those I meet feel more embodied, in the moment and alive.
