I honestly didn’t know what to expect with the vibroacoustic table, but wow … it completely changed the whole massage experience. The low-frequency vibrations made me feel like I was floating, and I don’t think I’ve ever been that relaxed in my life. It felt like my body just let go of all the stress and tension.
Chris did an amazing job. He checked in throughout the massage and combined different techniques based on what my body needed. Nothing felt rushed, and I walked out feeling looser, lighter, and way less stressed than when I came in.
