Overview

Hello! I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist offering therapeutic massage out of my private office in central SE Portland.

I believe in the body's innate ability to heal itself with support from a skilled practitioner. My massage sessions draw from a combination of relaxation/Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, and craniosacral therapy to help you feel better in your body and mind.

Clients frequently come to me for deep relaxation, stress release, relief from acute or chronic pain..., and/or to nurture a greater sense of embodiment. Through my intuitive touch, understanding of anatomy, and sincere desire to listen, I'll meet you where you're at, bringing you more ease along the way.

It's a joy to share my offerings with other members of the lgbtqi+ community. I'm happy to work with individuals of all sexualities, races, sizes, and disabilities.
