Overview

Hi there – I’m new to the professional massage space, but I bring a lifetime of experience in fitness, athletics, and body awareness.

I use an alternating technique of effleurage and petrissage to reach the deep tissue without making the entirety of our massage sessions 'painful'. Using the intermittent effleurage throughout the sessions helps gives my clients rest while still giving them the deep tissue work they are looking for.

I do enjoy longer sessions mainly because it gives me...More a chance to work certain areas more patiently and intentionally. I do a good amount of rolling out and self-bodywork, myself. It's one of the many practices I maintain for a healthy lifestyle and I high encourage other to do the same.

Overall though, its a great atmosphere over here.
