Overview

My goal is simple: to leave you feeling better than when you walked in. I’ve dedicated my practice to providing expert bodywork that enhances strength, mobility, and relaxation.

My 700+ hours of training in San Antonio have helped lay the groundwork for a truly effective session. This includes a mix of Swedish, deep tissue, and the occasional trigger point techniques. I help you feel safe while working out the knots and tension that inevitably exist in all of us....

My approach to bodywork revolves around comfort, connection, and results. Our sessions aim to enhance your overall well-being and instill confidence in your body through the art of massage. All ages and sexual orientations (LGBTQIA+) are welcome at my home studio in St. John’s, Portland. Mobile is also available.
