I offer nurturing and supportive bodywork to allow a full opening to the healing capacity within you. I have a strong belief that our bodies, minds, and spirits are all one. I also believe that openness and cultivating the ability to let go are fundamental to our health and happiness. Love, compassion, forgiveness, generosity, patience are all open and expansive qualities...so is letting go. When we feel open and expansive in our, bodies, it allows for us to feel these qualities in our minds/spirit as well. Being present and embodied, in this moment, can be a powerful spiritual and healing experience. I invite you into that space/quality of Being!!!
