Each session is highly customizable with a variety of techniques: whether it’s disarming the nervous system with a lovely Swedish massage, retraining the neuromuscular system for overcompensation patterns; addressing specific musculoskeletal issues with deep tissue; or energizing the body with Sports/Thai stretches and mobilizations.
