Now more than ever, human touch is essential. Through these trying times, many have lacked this essential part of our human experience. Massage & bodywork have the incredible ability to center, ground and heal us, providing connection to our bodies through movement, breathing, relaxation and sensation. Whether for general relaxation or specific treatment of injuries, I put intention into each individual massage.

I have a warm in-home studio open to all and ready to get you feeling your best self! I...’m also happy to travel out. Welcome to my fellow LGBTQIA folks and my BIPOC family :)
