Overview
I will be in Sebastopol until April 30
I’m trained in the Swedish style, though my massage has evolved over the past 19 years. My daily meditation practice allows me to incorporate mindfulness, and deep breathing to allow for a deeper state of healing.
I use a number of different stretches to gently target areas that need it, and work these areas with the appropriate pressure to achieve the desired result. My studio is stocked with incense, candles, and water bottles.
