Michael picked up on things I didn’t even realize I was doing — especially the way I brace through my ribs and overwork my neck. The bodywork itself felt intentional. By the end, my shoulders were actually sitting where they’re supposed to, and I could take a full breath without feeling tight. It was the first time in a long time that my body felt like it was cooperating instead of fighting me.

Had the pleasure of securing a bodywork session with Michael - absolutely fantastic!
I have a few needs with low back and hips and a recent neck surgery which I shared with Michael when we met up. I knew in the first few minutes he was an experienced and qualified therapist I could trust with my care. I feel 2 inches taller and a lot of stress lifted as a result of his talented hands.

bodywork
I met a beautiful soul last night. A man from Oklahoma who I believe is a healer, a teacher, a mentor and will be a friend. I was warmly invited into his home. It is comfortably furnished and ideal as a home and place of healing. He was generous of time and touch. I was met where I needed to be met and seen without judgement … .something this oft skeptic loved but did not necessarily expect. The trust and comfort level were immediate. I believe this was where I needed to be and that this is the time for my forward movement. This lovely man introduced me to Greg, his lifelong confidant and protector. I thought Greg’s presence with the evidence of the loving care he has been given was quite dear. I hope to get to know Michael better as he helps to guide me through my seventh decade awakening. Lovely to meet you.
