I've been a bodyworker since 2012 with over 1000 hours of initial training (Oregon License #023109). I also provide meditation and breath-work coaching.

Massage and bodywork are essential aspects of wellness, and my main goal for clients is to offer a space where they can feel truly witnessed and held in a safe and...More caring container for their healing to take place without judgment. I encourage clients to feel empowered to ask for what they want and need in a session without fear.

I've practiced in spas, clinical settings, and am happy to now be in my private practice where I can integrate all of my tools and offer bodywork tailored to each clients' individual needs. My style is strongly influenced by Biodynamic, Myofascial, Swedish, and Deep Tissue, modalities. I also offer energywork/Reiki and guided meditative sessions. (Out-calls for existing clients only)

I'm fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID/Monkeypox. All are welcome: gay, straight, men, women, and those beyond the binary.
