Overview
Hi, my name is Derek and I am a licensed massage therapist. My work blends therapeutic massage with a strong understanding of movement, posture, and muscle imbalances. I use a combination of modalities such as deep tissue, therapeutic massage, stretching, and focused bodywork to address pain, tension, and mobility restrictions. Each session is customized based on how your body feels and functions, not a preset routine.
To maintain a professional and focused practice, I only respond to professional text messages regarding appointments. My availability is very limited, and sessions often book out in advance, so scheduling ahead is strongly recommended. If you’re looking for consistent care or specific appointment times, booking early is the best way to secure a spot.
