If you are having trouble sleeping or need a destresser, I recommend a Swedish massage. With gentle full body flowing motions I'm sure to get you relaxed and sleepy.

If you...More are looking for a more healing treatment I would recommend Shiatsu or Deep tissue.

Shiatsu is great for working the overall body with firm pressure over pressure points to assist in releasing tense muscles.

Deep tissue is a more traditional western rubbing massage where we target the problem areas and assist the muscles in releasing.
