I’m a licensed massage therapist with over 10 years of experience working in both day spas and chiropractic offices. If you’re feeling stressed, tight, or just run down from a busy schedule—you’re in the right place.

My private studio is conveniently located near the Huntington Beach/Costa Mesa border, less than 4 miles from the 405, so it’s easy to fit a session into your day. I also spend time in Palm Springs and am usually there every few months.

My goal is simple: help you feel better when you walk out than when you walked in. Whether you need deep work, relaxation, or just an hour to breathe, I’ve got you.

I tailor each session to your needs by blending traditional massage techniques with elements of Eastern modalities. I incorporate deep tissue work along with assisted stretching to help improve mobility, relieve tension, and keep your body feeling balanced and restored.
