My third time getting a massage from Mark and this time at his studio.

The studio was clean, with lots of natural light. It was in a nice part of Oakland.

The massage was amazing! I enjoy the Thai combo and the stretching. I love it when I hear bones popping just like when you see a chiropractor. Mark periodically checks on the pressure to ensure it is to your liking. I have thick calves and I love when he can easily massage them.

Mark is a great person to have a conversation with during the session. He is like my therapist. But we also balance some quietness during the session.

I have had massages from Mark now twice a month. Wow, he delivers the best therapeutic massage ever. I feel so much better after each massage. It is totally different than any other massage I have had. He uses his hands skillfully, plus his knee to put additional pressure on tense muscles and tendons, thus providing 3 points of contact. also a great man with caring instincts. He engages me in conversation which further relaxes me. His studio is centrally located in Oakland, CA. It is a clean and inviting environment. I'm the CEO of a major Football franchise and I enjoy getting a massage from the lads when in town. One of the reasons I hired Mark was because of his other reviews (I read them all and enjoy them). He got into the depth of my shoulders, where I hold a lot of muscle tension. I believe a good masseuse can do this, they are able to find the muscle tension without you really even telling them exactly where on your back or shoulders. Mark was right on the button. I felt comfortable with him after just a couple of minutes. I will definitely communicate him again for another discretionary massage appointment and he may just become my regular go to masseuse.
