Overview

I am a professional massage therapist certified by the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) practicing in Oakland, CA.

My work is centered on helping clients feel better, move better, and understanding their bodies. I believe effective bodywork should be intentional, collaborative, and tailored to the needs of the individual.

My training emphasizes therapeutic techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myo-fascial work, shiatsu, and stretching. I target treatment for common issues such as neck, back, hip, and shoulder pain, assessing...More patterns in posture, movement, and muscle imbalance to guide my work.
