I usually get a massage monthly to make sure I am releasing any stresses from work, constant lifting in the gym, and overall modern day stresses. It’s been a while since I had an amazing massage and most people fail to deliver. Mark, on the other hand, was by far the best massage I have had in a while. He was extremely professional, communicative and efficient. His hands knew my problem areas and he focused to make sure they were taken care of.
I’d highly recommend booking him!

Today I had one of the best massages by Mark. He is very intuitive and was able to pinpoint all my trouble spots. Mark also provided excellent stretching exercise to help me avoid the reoccurring trouble I had with my back. I will be making another appointment with Mark when I visit Denver again.

Mark Thomas has magic hands! Super professional and worked out all the kinks from all my recent travel and general stress. So glad we connected. He provided an amazing massage and I left totally rejuvenated. I highly recommend Mark.

I had the opportunity to schedule a massage with Mark recently. His studio is conveniently located and very professional. He is personable and welcoming.
We reviewed my medical history and symptoms of oa as well as discussing previous massage therapy sessions with other therapists. Mark listened and was genuinely interested in providing the best therapeutic massage.
Mark was able to intuitively relieve some chronic muscle pain as a result of poor conditioning. He has strong hands and worked my muscles and connective tissues to help relieve my tightness.
I prefer stronger, deep tissue massages and he was able to accommodate my requests perfectly.
I would recommend Mark. He is a LMT and provides a great therapeutic massage.
