I've been helping provide stress relief through bodywork and stretching for a several years now. I use stretching, various muscle manipulation techniques and hot stones to create a thoroughly relaxing experience for my clients.

Rick is a fantastic masseur. During our time together he was very in tune with my body and easily adjusted to make sure each moment I had in his studio was relaxing and enjoyable. The atmosphere in his studio is very welcoming and both music and lighting are perfectly selected. Rick was able to effortlessly ease my tensions and provide a wonderful massage. He listened to my needs and checked in to make sure he was fulfilling my wishes. His massage was top notch and his welcoming personality added to the enjoyment. Do yourself a favor and book a time to see Rick sooner than later.

I have been receiving massages for many years and I can honestly say that Rick is the best massage therapist that I have ever met. I travel a lot for work and I get massage all over the country but Rick’s skill, techniques and expertise are far superior than any other! He provides a deep tissue massage with long fluid strokes that hit all of tension spots(and including hot stones just adds to the blissful session.) And he's probably the nicest therapist I've ever seen-extremely accommodating and a pleasure to talk with. He would always check in with you by asking for feedback before, during and after the massage. His warm welcoming demeanor is only matched by his incredible skill, calmness and strength. His knowledge of several modalities allows him to customize the massage to exactly what you need. I can’t recommend Rick enough.
