I approach bodywork with the sense of healing. The goal is to activate your parasympathetic nervous system. When this system is activated the respiration and heart rate decreases, and digestion increases.

I reside here and Atlanta, I saw Jeff was in town offering massages. I emailed him to set up a massage which was easy to do and very seamless. I came to his location and had one of the BEST massages EVER! He was ready upon my arrival and very professional the entire time.
