What makes me different? My life-long dedication to dance and movement. I have 13+ years of experience in the fields of anatomy, bio-mechanics and somatics.

My bodywork practice is a unique blend of styles. Myofascial, Shiatsu, Thai and more.. (ask about my aquatic bodywork). Working with gravity’s support and mindful positioning, I apply steady pressure to melt deep holding patterns and decompress areas of chronic tension such as the hips, spine and shoulders.
