Overview

I’ve been performing bodywork since 2006 and have trained on both of the east and west coasts. I specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports therapy that is catered to each individual and their specific needs. You can relax on a cushioned and heated massage table in a warm and comfortable studio located in my home in Uptown.

In 2019, after many years of Pilates training, I was certified as a comprehensive Pilates instructor. I am also an aspiring... yogi and continue to be fascinated by the human body and its ability to move and rehabilitate. With a knowledge of movement, mechanics, and conscious breath-work, I work to bring each individual a session of optimum enjoyment and relief.

Though most of my clientele are gay men, all people are welcome regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation. My time is now split between two locations, and I'm currently practicing in Chicago. I look forward to hearing from you soon to schedule an appointment. Thank you, Tommy

Thomas is my go to in Chicago. His hands are super strong and his massage was intuitive. He was very understanding of my needs and was able to work some deep developed knots in my hamstrings and quads that I can’t get to with stretching.
