Exceptional massage techniques that will help you improve your workouts and eliminate stress. Some of the massage modalities I use to give a client specific massage are deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point and reflexology. I combine this with aromatherapy that adds a therapeutic dimension. To further enhance the therapeutic benefit, I incorporate hot towels. This promotes relaxation and improves circulation. I welcome everyone to my table and certainly the LGBTQ community!
