Specializing in sports injuries, deep tissue, sports massage and Swedish techniques.
With decades of experience in massage, bodywork and sports-related injury care, I provide an integrative approach tailored to each client. Every session is different, I identify areas of tension, discomfort and muscular imbalance and combine techniques based on what your body needs.
My background includes training at Wingate Sports Academy, one of Israel’s leading institutions for sports education and training, with studies in sports medicine. I also served for... four years in the Israeli military, working as a physical therapist at the training base of an elite unit.
Whether you're dealing with soreness from training, chronic muscle tension, discomfort from work or travel, or simply need to relax and recover, my goal is to help you feel better, move better and leave your session feeling renewed.

I had tension in my neck shoulders and back. Barak's deep tissue massage was great. He applied the right pressure and technique. I could tell that he is well trained. He took the time to ask if the pressure was ok. I felt very relaxed afterwards. The product that he applied was great too. I definitely recommend his massages. As someone who sits at a desk job all day, I really appreciated and valued Barak's massage. I felt more relaxed afterward.
