Masterful Massage by Giovanni

I have been a client of Giovanni for over 20 years. Giovanni is very focused on providing the best massage experience possible. I am pretty compact and solid. I run and lift weights and require a fair amount of deep pressure. Giovanni is able to provide very strong and well focused pressure to big muscles like glutes, thighs and back while applying the appropriate pressure to more sensitive areas like calves, hamstrings, biceps and forearms. Giovanni is working hard during the entire massage. I always leave feeling my entire body has been worked over very thoroughly. f you have a sore or sensitive spot he will find it and address it. Giovanni uses unscented lotion which I much prefer to oil. His apartment and massage room is very neat, clean and calming. Street parking is generally easy and the neighborhood is very safe. Giovanni has always been an excellent massage therapist and has only improved over time. Experience matters. I highly recommend Giovanni! 5 stars!

Giovanni is a consummate professional massage therapist. He has an excellent way of putting one at ease. The last session I had with him, he stretched me in such a way that I literally felt my back realigning. He was strong, yet gentle at the same time, which is great for me since I have an incredibly knotty but sensitive back. He is kind and generous and left me feeling relaxed and at ease after a long time of feeling consistently tense. Giovanni is a wonderful masseur.

I have been going to Giovanni for many years. His home is warm and inviting, especially the massage studio with its rich orange color, candles and incense. His massage table is very comfortable even with my large frame.

He listens to your description of your body's needs for the session and tailors his massage just for you. I love the mix of fascia work, stretching, kneading and long strokes. His technique is excellent. He's always on your muscles and doesn't slip and hurt your bones or joints like some lesser trained therapists can do. He's a pro, the real deal.

Giovanni's many years of massage experience comes out each time I visit him. He responds to wherever I am at. Sometimes I want a deep tissue massage, other times I want it softer.
