My background is in neuromuscular massage to reduce and eliminate pain, gain flexibility and strength, increase range of motion, improve posture, increase circulation, decrease body toxins, and increase energy and vitality.
Whether you need a moment of relaxation to reduce or attain relief from chronic pain, a therapeutic massage can enhance your overall sense of emotional and physical well-being.
You can expect to feel rejuvenated or a bit sore after the massage. Any soreness after a deep tissue massage is... a completely normal reaction and it should subside within 24-72 hours. That is why drinking water after massage recommended in order to flush toxins released by the massage.
I am a gay massage therapist and a member of the LGBT community who was born to straight parents. Therefore, I have an eclectic group of clients ranging from straight couples to gay and lesbian couples and singles.

As a physical therapist myself, i do a lot of strenuous physical activities and i can tell that he is very knowledgeable of the muscle groups that he is working on. He is very personable and I can feel his sincerity to provide an overall therapeutic experience. He is very skillful and intuitive in providing impeccable massage with just the right amount of pressure. I cannot thank him enough for such wonderful sessions over the last few months. I don't normally write reviews but i feel obliged after the 3rd session with him because he is a real healer that cares. I would HIGHLY recommend to book a session with him.
