The sooner you contact me the easier we can schedule an appointment as you understand that last minute sessions are not always possible.

At its most basic, massage is the direct manipulation of the body toward a positive goal. Physiologically, it is beneficial to our muscles and connective tissues. It helps them stay healthy and eliminate waste byproducts that are formed from natural use. Emotionally, it is nourishing. As we grow older, we grow more isolated... from touch. Touching is essential to keep your stress level balanced .
I like to mix deep tissue and swedish techniques for a full body massage .

I offer my services to anyone and I do not do any discrimination so LGBT, gays,bi, straight, etc are more than welcome.

I am also a certified personal trainer and a health coach.
If you are a new client please call me so we can break the ice and make this new contact friendly and personal.
