I have a traditional 660 hours of holistic massage training as well as an additional 120 hours of energy work training. I've been practicing since 2022. I combine long relaxing strokes and incorporated some energetic modalities. I also include breathwork in the sessions. Each session is tailored to your needs.
I may not be your best fit if you are looking for deep pressure work. I would consider my style more relaxing.
