Drawing from my own journey with chronic illness, I bring a deep personal understanding to every session. With 8 years of experience, I provide precise joint mobilization and targeted movement, aligning the body exactly as it needs. I have taught yoga for over 20 years and am particular about who I have work on my body. Brenden’s work feels so right for my body. His bodywork is both intuitive and precise. Brenden’s vibe is warm and genuine – his deep meditation practice is quietly obvious. I can’t recommend Brenden enough if you’re seeking real peace in mind and body.

Brenden's bodywork is love made visible. I felt safe on every level, and gently encouraged to befriend my body, pain, and the challenging life experiences I was carrying.
I felt seen, heard and validated on my journey, which allowed me to return to my whole self. I felt resourced in the session, which exponentially rippled outward in every aspect of my life. I feel now more than ever, that my body is whole, complete, and knows exactly what it needs to do in order to heal.
Brenden has such a solidified and powerful self practice, which is apparent in his touch and presence. He is truly a gift for others to experience loving presence within themselves. Brenden did not heal me, but he held space for me to remember my true nature and capacity for growth. I walk away immensely grateful and hopeful for my journey!
