Massage Therapy by Russ

Overview

As a licensed massage therapist practicing in Mt. Juliet, I offer a professional, male-centered wellness practice geared toward active muscle recovery, mind-body balance, and physical grounding. I specialize in providing a dedicated space where men of all races, backgrounds, and orientations—including straight, bi, and gay clients—can fully relax, feel supported, and experience absolute mental and physical renewal in total safety. My practice is built on open communication and an easy-to-talk-to approach, ensuring your comfort is always the top priority.

Every session I facilitate is thoughtfully customized to support the healing of your mind, body, and soul. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I masterfully combine the long, relaxing strokes of Swedish massage with targeted deep tissue, reflexology, and sports massage techniques. This allows me to address your specific problem areas, melt away chronic stress, and assist in active muscle recovery.

To elevate your experience, each full-body treatment is enhanced with comforting elements like soothing hot towels, gentle ambient music, and calming candlelight, creating a tranquil sanctuary where your daily worries can simply fade away. Whether you are looking to recover from physical activity, escape the daily grind, or carve out essential time for self-care, I look forward to creating a relaxing and restorative experience tailored uniquely to you.
