Rich gave an excellent, thoroughly legit massage. He was responsive to requests and put in extra time to make sure he hit everything that needed work. The heated table and comfy draping kept me toasty warm and relaxed. The hot stones were a nice and interesting extra touch, and the yoga-type stretches were wonderful. The massage included face, feet, and hands (which I love), and it felt thorough without being formulaic. Rich was pleasant and personable, and he even followed up by emailing videos showing stretches I can do on my own.
