I’m Jay, and I give a full-body massage built around what feels best to you.
I focus on your needs, wants, and comfort level, paying attention to the pressure, techniques, and areas you enjoy most and adjusting the session as we go. I don’t give everyone the same routine — every massage is different because every client is different.
My goal is simple: help you release the stress you came in with so you leave feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.

I went to Jay, “Strong Hands,” for a massage, it was an excellent. His location in Fort Lauderdale was easy to find, parking was simple, and his place was comfortable and relaxing.
Jay is calm, confident and made me feel at ease right away. He is a strong, handsome man, but what stood out most was his skill and intuition. He seemed to know exactly where I was holding tension and applied perfect pressure in all the right spots.
The massage was deeply relaxing. I left feeling lighter, looser, and renewed.
If you are in Fort Lauderdale, you should definitely book with him. And if Jay is visiting your city, take the opportunity to schedule a session while you can.
Hands down, one of the best massages I’ve had yet.

This guy is amazing! The massage was deep, slow, and extremely therapeutic — he knew exactly where my tension was and worked it out. He spent our time perfectly from start to finish. His place in Wilton Manors is easy to get to and there’s convenient parking. I left feeling like a kid again … im looking forward to booking with him again.

Jay was incredible! First, he was very responsive over text and super accommodating when setting an appt time. I was greeted very warmly. His set up was very relaxing and inviting and his strong hands definitely didn’t disappoint! I highly recommend Jay to anyone that has a lot of tension needing relieved jays bodywork is perfect! ;)
