I use confident, attentive touch with a flowing full-body approach, blending firm, grounding pressure with slower, gentler work. Rather than rushing from one area to the next, I focus on creating a connected, unhurried experience that allows your body to soften naturally.

My background in nursing, yoga, movement, and somatic practices has shaped...More the way I understand stress, tension, breath, and the nervous system. I bring that awareness into each session while tailoring pressure and focus to what feels best for you.
