Hi, I'm Brooks
I'm a licensed acupuncturist with 10 years of experience helping people find lasting relief from pain.

This is primarily an acupuncture session, not a traditional massage appointment. That said, I bring hands-on skill to it, having trained as a massage therapist in Hawaii, studying Rolfing and Lomi Lomi.

I've found that needles produce more precise, longer-lasting pain relief than massage alone, so acupuncture is the core of every session, with massage worked in to...More complement it.

I blend Traditional Chinese Medicine with an anatomical, trigger-point-informed style, including dry needling, so treatment is grounded in traditional and structural understanding of the body.
