My signature therapeutic bodywork is isolating trigger points in the tight muscles and mis aligned areas, then guiding the body back into alignment with energy work modalities:
I offer neuromscular trigger-point bodywork with light to deep pressure, I integrate Polarity, craniosacaral and Reiki in my method to provide a less intense and holistic healing approach, no oil is used
I have helped rehabilitate individuals suffering from sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, and other ailments..
I have been practicing...More since 1993. With 1200+hrs of training, study's and decades of clients, I look forward to working with you to help with relaxation, improve circulation and the lymphatic system flow, achieve freedom from chronic pain, stress, general tension and help with body realignment
