Overview

I offer bodywork for men seeking deep relaxation, embodied presence, and a greater sense of energetic balance in Los Angeles.

This is slow, attentive bodywork for men who want to step out of mental overdrive and come back into fuller contact with themselves. Each session combines long, continuous strokes, intuitive pacing, stillness, flowing touch, and subtle energy work. I bring 6 years of hands-on experience in presence-based bodywork. I am also a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, and that training shapes the steadiness, sensitivity, and quality of attention I bring to every session.

What to expect:
• We begin with a brief conversation about what you are feeling in your body and how you would like to feel when you leave.
• Pressure, rhythm, pacing, and depth are adjusted throughout the session according to your preferences and responses.
• The work may gradually build energy and charge before settling into stillness and deep relaxation.
• Hot stones are available, if desired.
• Natural oil and oil-free options are available.
