I’m Holden, a CA native and recent returning-transplant to SLC. I have over 11 years of massage experience, where each session is shaped by the aches and pains you share with me.

I proudly serve the LGBTQIA+ community and value creating an environment where clients feel comfortable, safe and relaxed. All body types, ages and identities are welcome! With me, you can expect a safe, confidential, and affirming environment where you are always met with warmth, respect, and zero pressure...More to be anything other than yourself.

From years of working as a professional dancer, and with a full time career in fitness, I have both an intrinsic and clinical understanding of the mechanics of the human body. Your body's tension will guide me toward the areas that need the most work, to bring you maximum relief.
